TERMS & CONDITIONS
AGREEMENT BETWEEN BUYER (IMPORTER) AND INFI-EXPORTER

• Infi-exporter Web Site is comprised of various Web pages. The Infi-exporter Web Site is offered to you based on the condition that you acceptance without modification our terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of Infi-exporter Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
• Infi-exporter sources, buys and exports new and used cars, machinery, equipment, spare parts to our customers globally. We also buy and export parts and accessories through our on line showroom stocked with European sourced models of high quality, reasonably priced vehicles and parts.
• All vehicles are available on first come first served basis. If more than one customer is interested in same vehicle, priority will be given to the buyer who pays first.
• If a payment reaches us late and the vehicle is sold to another customer, we will provide you with a similar vehicle with same specifications.
• Vehicles listed in our stock as used will require a certain amount of tolerance in as far as their general condition is concerned.
•All used vehicles are sold under the term “As is where is basis is’’.
• Any accessories available on the vehicles (e.g. stereos, radios, alloys, in/on the vehicle will be declared as such in our on line stock list.
• However, Infi-exporter is not responsible if such parts or items are lost, damaged, or found not-functioning properly when they reach the port of discharge.
• Should any dispute between the buyer and the Company occur, the parties concerned hereby agree to attempt to settle any such disputes through sincere dialogue and in good faith?
• Infi-exporter is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the vehicle during transportation and/or after it has reached the destination port. Transportation of the vehicle including its shipment is done at the request of the / and on behalf of the importing Customer. The importing Customer bears all the risks involved. Any single change or amendment to the Bill of Landing will be charged £50.00.
• All payments should be made direct to our business bank account. Our business bank account details will be provided on request.
• No vehicle will be shipped until all payments have been confirmed received into our bank account.
• Relevant documents will be sent by Courier to the Buyer. The Buyer pays for the Courier Service.
