Infi-exporter (UK) Ltd Sources, Purchases and Exports New and Used Motor Vehicles, Machinery and Equipment, Spare Parts and Accessories from the United Kingdom to the rest of the world. Our mission is to help the private, corporate or trade user to import in total confidence. To accomplish this mission, we work in close liaison with hundreds of Franchised and independent Motor, Machinery, Equipment and Spare Part dealers across United Kingdom. When you use our expertise in these fields, you will save yourself time and money and realise your dream right in the comfort of your own country. Infi-exporter (UK) Ltd has made it very easy for customers to purchase vehicle, machinery, equipment or accessory from us. Please read the following instructions carefully. Each Infi-Exporter (UK) Ltd customer must understand and follow these instructions when purchasing. Customers who comply with these instructions will find Infi-Exporter (UK) Ltd’s service to be very quick and problem free.
Please note that once you have placed an order for a motor vehicle, machinery, equipment or part with us by telephone, email, fax, website forms, or more so you have made a payment towards the purchase of that item, we assume you have read, understood and you agree entirely with these terms and conditions as displayed here and elsewhere on this website. The first thing is for you, the customer to visit our website showroom at: www.infi-exporter.com, and inform us by email / telephone the vehicle you are interested in. Shortly after you have made your selection, you will be contacted by our regional business agent who is based in your country with whom you will negotiate and come to an agreement about the price. She or he will also answer questions or queries that you may have. Once the price has been mutually agreed, the office shall confirm that price by raising and emailing a pro-forma invoice/order form to the customer. The agreed selling price will remain valid for a seven days.
Once the Customer has received the Pro-forma Invoice/order form from the office of Infi-exporter (UK) Ltd, the Customer is expected to make payments. Payments can be made by Bank to Bank transfer direct to the Business Bank Account of Infi-Exporter (UK) Ltd. Infi-Exporter (UK) Ltd accepts payments in GB£ Sterling only. Customers are asked to scan and email payment receipt soon after effecting payments. Soon after we receive your payments, the following events will take place in quick succession:
The vehicle will be booked for a full pre-shipment multi- point Inspection. These are tests performed on the vehicle involving different mechanical, electrical and body checks. The vehicle must pass most of these checks in order for us to pass it for export. If for one reason or other the chosen vehicle fails to pass some or all of these tests and in the opinion of Infi-exporter (UK) Ltd, we realise the defect(s) to be serious, Infi-exporter (UK) Ltd cannot export a defective vehicle and therefore reserves the right to substitute this vehicle with another vehicle of similar specifications and value. Fittings of extra accessories if ordered such as Grills, DVD systems, Alloy wheels, Entertainment Systems, Spoilers etc, will also be installed.
All unpaid balances must be cleared as soon as possible. Meanwhile, any extra charges incurred while waiting for the Customer to clear any balances e.g. storage, security etc will be on the account of the customer and must be paid before we can ship. Infi-Exporter (UK) Ltd cannot be held liable if a shipment is delayed because of (late payments, bank delays and shipping schedule change). After we confirm that all balances, fees, levies etc have been paid by the customer; we shall post to you all relevant documents in original form so you can be able to claim the vehicle from the destination port authorities in your country. Infi-Exporter (UK) Ltd cannot be held liable for any delays associated with wrong addresses or Posting Company related problems. If you want documents to be sent to you by courier then you must pay for this service.
All Customers must note that all shipping is done on their behalf as consignees and hence they are bound directly or indirectly by all terms and conditions as set by the shipping company and as displayed in their websites and/ or on their Bills of Lading. Infi-exporters (UK) Ltd will not be held liable for any theft, damage, loss or destruction to the vehicle or its contents during shipment. The customer will be responsible for paying all overseas customs clearance charges, duties and taxies, demurrages, port charges and any other unforeseen charges that may arise after vehicle has been shipped.
Any controversy, claims and/ or dispute arising out of and / or relating to any transaction or breach thereof shall be settled and binding by and through arbitration in accordance with the rules and through the institution of the International Chamber of Commerce. Any decision and / or award made by the arbitrators shall be final, conclusive and binding to the parties involved.
Infi-Exporter (UK) Ltd can accept order cancellation under the following terms:
• Cancellation must be notified in writing.
• No cancellation can be accepted after the ship has sailed.
• Cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the invoice value will be levied.
• Any specific fees incurred during preparation of the vehicle for shipment including, inspection fees, storage fees, security fees etc must be paid for by the Customer.
• Refunds can only be made after the vehicle has been re-sold.
Please note no shipment will be done unless all invoices, bills etc have been settled. These terms and conditions supersede all other terms and conditions whether verbal or otherwise.
